In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the F.I.R. it appears that basically it is civil dispute and incidentally some altercation has taken place between the parties.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before

Case no. 192 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
