This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mohania P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 427, 332, 333, 353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent as is evident from the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application. There are at least seven cases pending against him. In that background, I am not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. This application is accordingly rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22104 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
