2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 554 of 2024 registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 281, 109(1), 352, 115(2) of the BNS.
3. As per allegation, in the garb of a petty dispute, the altercation took place near Anishabad Golambar between the parties and in furtherance of that, the accused persons including the petitioner came there armed with danda and started abusing and assaulting them, as a result of which, they sustained head injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The occurrence took place over a trivial issue of rash driving by the petitioner's side while the informant was

The petitioner along with others is said to have assaulted the informant by danda on his head causing injury to him. It has further been submitted that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21643 of 2025 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Patna in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 554 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
