KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 This case has been brought under the heading 'To be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in the order dated 11.02.2019 'from the possession of petitioner no. 1 Rs. 7000/- has been recovered' has been inadvertently typed in place of 'from the possession of petitioner no. 1 Rs. 4500/- has been recovered' and the period of custody has also been inadvertently typed as '03.12.2018' instead of '13.09.2018'.

After perusing the record, learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct in his submission. In view of the above, in the order dated 10.01.2019 'from the possession of petitioner no. 1 Rs. 7000/- has been recovered' shall be read as 'from the possession of petitioner no. 1 Rs. 4500/- has been recovered' and period of custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79587 of 2018(4) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 shall be read as '13.09.2018' instead of '03.12.2018 The order is modified to the aforesaid extent indicated above.
