2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 16(2), 109, 303, 352, 351(2) of BNS and section 27 of Arms Act.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted brother of the informant with iron rod on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The injuries are simple in nature. There is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case, and

He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 08.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 57831 of 2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the injury is on vital part of the injured.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
