JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of Smt. Asha Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant/Opp.Party no.2 to adjourn the case, whereas Sri Verma, learned counsel for the informant submits that the present petition has been filed with a prayer to quash an order dated 07.03.2014 passed by the learned Adhoc Additional District Judge-II, Bagaha(West Champaran), whereby the petition filed on behalf of the petitioners for discharge under Sections 227 and 228 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19789 of 2014 (2) dt.02-08-2016 2/2 Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected. He submits that till the month of May 2015, after framing of charge, about four prosecution witnesses have already been examined. In view of facts and circumstances, the prayer for adjournment stands refused.
Sine the trial is going on, there is no reason to pass any positive order. The petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
