Petitioners are an accused in connection with Special Excise Case No. 176 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail
