The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 14.02.2011 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge F.T.C. II, Madhubani in Cr. Appeal No. 13 of 1996 by which he has dismissed the appeal with modification of sentence. He also seeks revision of the judgment dated 20.01.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in G.R. No. 89/86/T.R. No. 909 of 1996 by which he had convicted the petitioner under Sections 323, 427, 447 of the Indian Penal Code and 25A of the Arms Act and sentenced him to R.I. for three months, six months, one months and another one month respectively.

On going through both the judgments, I do find any perversity or illegality in the same. Hence, the application is dismissed.
