Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1282 of 2016 (3) dt.11-08-2016 In these cases the petitioners are challenging the order of cognizance dated 28.1.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 2186(C)/2012 for the offences under sections 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court does not find any merit in these applications. These applications are, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points at appropriate stage.
