====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 409 of 2018/CIS No. 409 of 2018 arising out of K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that brother of the informant namely, Narayan Kumar Chauhan remained traceless from 18.6.2018. Later on, during investigation, on the basis of CDR Mobile of deceased, Sonu Kumar was apprehended who

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80098 of 2018(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 is son of the petitioner. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 11.7.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Purnea, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 409 of 2018/CIS No. 409 of 2018 arising out of K.
