The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/354(B)/341/427/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the occurrence is of 08.04.2017, the First Information Report in the present case has been lodged on 11.04.2017 which is itself an afterthought. The allegation of misbehaviour with the women is also patently false and a figment of imagination.

No.27607 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 P2/2 Considering the vague nature of allegation made in the First Information Report and that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 236/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
