In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 337, 338, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the accused persons have assaulted the informant by different weapons. The counsel for the petitioners submits that a counter case has also been filed as both sides have entered into altercation. Looking to the nature of allegation and the injury
