The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 241/ 323/307/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioners and that there is case and counter case between the parties and also injuries have been inflicted on both the sides, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1,
