Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 325, 379, 307/34 of I.P.C.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners of commission of injury at non-vital part of the body as well as general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21714 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rasulpur Police Station Case No.47 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court.
