JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioners for the period April 1997 and till the date of the retirement i.e.

30.04.2001, 31.07.2005, 31.05.2001 and 31.12.2007 inter-alia the following reliefs:- (i)Respondents authorities be

(ii) Respondents authorities be directed to pay any other consequential benefits for which the petitioners may be legally entitled.

(iii)Respondents authorities be directed to grant the financial benefits and arrears of salary on the basis of revised pay scale to the petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities more particularly the Managing Director, Bihar State Cooperative Marketing Union Limited, Patna for payment of the arrears of salary as per the Scheme devised by this Court from time to time. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
