2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 5498 of 2025 which was dismissed for non-prosecution of order dated 21.02.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph no.4 of the petition, the restoration petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 5498 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
