The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 353/506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had threatened the informant from his Mobile No. 9708637391. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid mobile number does not belong to the present petitioner Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the threat was given by some unknown persons and not by the present petitioner, let the petitioner, above named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27535 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
