2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366A of Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that victim has already been recovered and in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., she denied the factum of kidnapping and has categorically stated that she left the house on her own accord and solemnized marriage with this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.)
