ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj (Kashnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No.36 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with the wife of one Dharmlal Mahto having lodged Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27636 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 No.37 of 2017.
Considering the nature of disputes between the parties and that these petitioners are having no criminal antecedents and appear to be of the same family, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sonbarsa Raj (Kashnagar O.P.)
