JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.K.Verma, learned Addl. Advocate General no.5. In this case, the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of non-inclusion of his Saw Mill in the merit list. Learned State Counsel submits that for such grievances, remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Judge.

In view of the fact that there is already remedy available to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal before the District Judge. It goes without saying that if the petitioner
