It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that in title portion of order dated 3.7.2017 father's name of appellant No.3 has wrongly been mentioned as 'Lalan Prasad @ Lalan Sah' in place of 'Chandra Madhav Sah', which has been correctly mentioned in the petition. In the aforesaid circumstances, in the order dated 3.7.2017 father's name of appellant No.3 be correctly read as 'Chandra Madhav Sah'.

Accordingly, the order dated 3.7.2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
