====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For a direction on the respondents to revise the Pension, D.C.R.-Gratuity & leave encashment of the petitioner after approving his due 1st & 2nd A.C.P. w.e.f. 9.8.99 as well as 3rd M.A.C.P. from 1.1.09, for which the petitioner has lastly requested on 16.8.22 annexing the Order/direction 25.4.22 passed in L.P.A. no. 372 of 2019 as well as Order/direction dated 20.12.17 passed in the C.W.J.C. no. 19307 of 2013.

For a further direction on the respondents to pay the cost of litigation to the petitioner, who had repeatedly requested to the authority concerned while the petitioner was in service on 5.12.08 & 14.9.10, but his case for the grant of A.C.P(s) have not been considered in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Water Resources Department, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
