ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.118 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation against 15 persons, but now the alleged amount so meant for scholarship has been returned in the School and that other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail under similar facts and circumstances, particularly in Cr.Misc. No.26558 of 2016, vide order dated 11.08.2016.
