ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No.365 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 333, 337, 353, 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioners are among 21 accused, but there is no specific role attributed to them. Admittedly, there was a crowd of local people of about 150-160 persons, who had allegedly indulged in brick-batting causing injury to the police party.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being no specific allegation against

No.27764 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 them, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Sahpur P.S.
