2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 121(1)(2), 132, 324(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted police party while they were discharging their official duty. From perusal of the injury report, it is evident that as many as four persons sustained injury.
