The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342 /323/147/148/149/353/307/427 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present petitioners are named in the First Information Report, there is no specific allegation against the present petitioners. The main allegation is against one Uday Pratap Gupta and one Jitendera Sah whereas these petitioners have been alleged to have participated in the occurrence of intimidating the police

Considering the present facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 281/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
