Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer contained in Memo No.794(17) dated 20.09.2019, in which the name of the petitioner appears at sl.no.7, who, at the relevant point of time was posted in Micro Biology Department and transferred to Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur. Being aggrieved by the said transfer order, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Considering the above facts of the case, I find that in absence of any subsequent information as to whether the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in the light of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9332 of 2020(4) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 representation made on his behalf. The order of transfer of several Doctors in the State from one Medical College to another Medical College is a routine matter. Unless and until it is punitive in nature, it can not be interfered in any manner by this Court.
