The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Sonepur (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with one another co-accused snatched two gold rings, golden chain and vivo mobile phone of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been remanded in this case on 15.12.2021 on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Rail Sonepur (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021.
