The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/ 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., has stated that she has herself willingly gone with the petitioner and on the said basis and also because she is a major, the learned Magistrate released the girl in favour of the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
