The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30 (a), 38 (1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits in the instant case total 70 liters liquor was seized. He further submits that petitioner is handicap and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2018. Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is handicap and has remained in custody since 25.11.2018, let the petitioners above named, is directed to be
