The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belganj P.S. Case No. 211 of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the main accused is the petitioner himself who is said to have repeated lathi blows on the head of the informant and the injury report supports the said prosecution case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
