JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2019 This case has been listed today under the heading " To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 was granted the privilege of bail vide order dated 30.04.2019 and remaining petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.8.2019, however, in the order dated 01.08.2019, there is mention of only petitioner nos. 2 to 4 with regard to grant of anticipatory bail and there is no mention of petitioner no. 5.

Accordingly, order dated 01.08.2019 is modified to the extent the seventh paragraph of 3rd page may read as: Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to petitioner nos. 2 to 5 to surrender by 31.08.2019 with a bank draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- in favour of complainant and once the same is deposited, they shall be released on provisional bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 344/2018 considering that they will pay rest of the amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- in three equal installments through bank draft payable within a period of three months (inf the first week of each month) and once the total amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- is paid in favour of the complainant, bail bond of the petitioners shall be confirmed.

All other parts of the order dated 01.08.2019 remain same. Let a copy of this order communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
