The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 153 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(iii)(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

In view of the provisions prescribed under Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the present application under Section 438
