ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2015 (G.R. No.619 of 2015) for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 354, 353, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Public Property Defacement Act.

Mr. Kanhaiya Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against several persons alleging

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51580 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 that they had caused some disturbances at the Anganwari Centre where certain appointments have been sought to be made. It is further submitted that in pursuance of such disturbances, public property was also damaged.

However, considering the nature of the allegations and also the fact that the petitioners were not the candidates for the said post, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2015 (G.R. No.619 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
