Petitioner seeks bail in Chanan P.S. Case No.34 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 Indian Penal Code, Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosives Substance Act and Sections 16/18(b), 20 of the UAP Act, 1967. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of report of spy and other criminal cases pending against him.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
