The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.11.2018. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.11.2018 and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
