In compliance of the directions issued on 08.09.2015, the Superintendent of Police, Siwan, has appeared in person and has submitted the report. It appears from the report aforementioned that appellant No.1, namely, Sitaram Singh appellant No.2, namely, Jalil Mian, and appellant No.6, namely, Raghav Singh, of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 463 of 1992, as also the sole appellant, namely, Bacha Singh, of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 7

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.463 of 1992 (5) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 of 1993 are already dead.

In view of the above, these appeals stand abated as far as appellant No.1, namely, Sitaram Singh appellant No.2, namely, Jalil Mian, and appellant No.6, namely, Raghav Singh, of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 463 of 1992, as also the sole appellant, namely, Bacha Singh, of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 7 of 1993 are concerned.

List these appeals for hearing before D.B.-I, on 22.09.2015, at 12 PM.

The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Siwan, is hereby dispensed with.
