The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No.817 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 471, 420 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas). There is allegation against this petitioner that he got appointment on the basis of forged certificates. The matter was investigated by the Vigilance Department in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.15459 of 2014 and the certificates of this petitioner and other accused persons as named in the First Information Report were found to be prima facie forged, which was confirmed by Bihar
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27353 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 School Examination Board, by its letter no.2827 dated 15.07.2015.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
The petitioner may surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
