2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to the allegation, the husband and his family members committed dowry death of the deceased.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the husband and the father-in-law of the deceased have been acquitted in S. Tr. No. 224 of 2024 vide judgment and order dated 06-03-2025. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she remained in custody for more than six months.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Sonvarsha O.P. Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 with following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (ii) The petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case and if, she fails to do so on two consecutive dates unless she is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
