The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Further he submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22654 of 2019 on 09.04.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
