Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceeding under section 144 Cr.P.C. was initiated and it was found that the land belongs to the petitioner and now the respondents purposes to settle the land which may adversely affect the egress and ingress of the petitioner. Considering the apprehension of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub Divisional Officer, Barh, Patna who shall examine the grievance of the petitioner objectively and pass appropriate order and if it is found that right of the petitioner is
