The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and whatever papers were recovered, were recovered in his absence, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32397 of 2016 (3) dt.19-12-2016 P2/2 171/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
