Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 01.12.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 23238 of 2020.

The trial court report, which was called for vide order dated 27.07.2022, reveals that charge has already been framed in this case on 22.02.2019, but till date, not a single witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

Considering the tardy progress of the trial and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
