ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.129 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the general and omnibus allegation made against all the petitioners and all the injuries are simple in nature and also on account of the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32485 of 2016 (2) dt.22-11-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.129 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
