The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R and the F.I.R. named accused persons were put on trial and they are acquitted vide judgment and order dated 22.1.2014. Moreover, several accused persons having more or less similar allegations have already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.527 of 2019(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 granted regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22195 of 2014, Cr. Misc. No. 15467 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 15469 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014.
