2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 16.200 litres illicit Nepali wine was recovered from a motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor was recovered from the seized vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner, the prayer
