Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Theft was committed in the house of the informant by unknown criminal.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated on suspicion for the reason that he is carrying criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
