JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 The petitioner seeks modification of the order, dated 16.3.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.11368 of 2016 allowing him anticipatory bail along with co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except this petitioner, all other co-accused surrendered within time and granted bail. He submits that as the petitioner was suffering from jaundice during the relevant period, he could not surrender in Court. He prays for extension of time to surrender before the Court below.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the period of surrender by further four weeks from today. In case the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today, he would be allowed anticipatory bail on the
