JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is no specific overt act as alleged against this petitioner. He submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons, namely, Kabita Devi, Rekha Devi, Nirmala Devi, Janki Devi and Kiran Kumari and others have been granted anticipatory as well as regular bail. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018.
