====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 217 of 2020 for the offence under Section 324, 307 and 326(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he sprinkled acid on the informant over a dispute of selling fish. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the informant has compromised the case and a compromise petition in this regard has also been filed in the court below whereas counsel for the informant denied the same, as the case is not compoundable one.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23439 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 Considering the submission advanced by the petitioner as well as the informant, the application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below on the same day after recording evidence to the parties on the point of compromise.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
